Overview
Join NECPAs President and CEO, Zach Donah, CAE, and NH legislative advocate, Teresa Rosenberger and Tax and Legislative Committee Co-chair Kevin Kennedy for an insightful presentation on industry trends and updates in the profession. Robin Houston, NH State Director, will highlight ways to get involved and engage with the Society, to ensure you and your team can maximize the benefits and perks membership offers. They will also preview issues that the Society will be working on at the national, regional and state levels in the coming months.

Kevin Kennedy, CPA, CFE, ABV, Maloney & Kennedy, PLLC
Kevin Kennedy, CPA, CFE, ABV, is the owner of Maloney & Kennedy, PLLC, with nearly 30 years of experience supporting small businesses and their owners. His expertise spans the private and public sectors, specializing in fraud examination (CFE) and business valuation (ABV) for litigation and valuation engagements. He is an active member of the AICPA, NHSCPA and ACFE, currently serving on the NHSCPA Board of Trustees, co-chairing its Tax and Legislative Committee and holding the title of Justice of the Peace. He is a former vice president of the NH Chapter of ACFE.
Teresa Rosenberger, Bernstein Private Wealth Management
Teresa is one of the most highly respected and well-known government affairs advisors in New Hampshire, with extensive experience in business and non-profit leadership, regulatory matters, economic development and developing strategies for business success and growth. Teresa works regularly with clients in the energy, education, telecom, healthcare and regulated industry spaces, lobbying and providing strategic consulting, communications, grassroots and coalition building services to help clients navigate issues at the Legislature and before executive agencies and regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Teresa held policy and communications positions in the executive branch of the federal government and a national weekly magazine and advocated on behalf of a national healthcare association. Teresa’s 30-year career in lobbying, public policy and communications combined with her nimble business acumen uniquely enable her to advise clients on a wide range of issues, helping to ideally position them to achieve their long-term goals and strategic vision.
Zachary Donah, New England Society of CPAs
Zach Donah, CAE, is president and CEO of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs) where he leads state’s professional association of 11,500 certified public accountants (CPAs) and professionals working in their firms and organizations. Prior to his current role, Donah was Deputy CEO at MassCPAs where he worked with the Society’s leadership team on the overall management and oversight of the Society and its Educational Foundation, including advancing the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. He has been a member of the Society’s staff since 2013, serving in various role in the organization’s government affairs team, including vice president of advocacy, where he oversaw the Society’s government relations and the academic and career development programs and the MassCPAs Educational Foundation. Prior to joining the Society, Donah served as a legislative director and chief of staff in the Massachusetts State Senate.
