Join the Accounting Pipeline Initiatives Community for a candid conversation about how accounting recruiting is evolving across New England.

Following NECPAs updates, a panel of accounting professionals representing different firm sizes and markets will discuss current campus recruiting and hiring trends, including how early firms are recruiting, the shift between sophomore- and junior-year internships, return offers, regional differences and the skills firms are looking for in students and early-career professionals.

The conversation will also explore what these changes mean for educators and employers as they help students understand recruiting timelines, build the technical and professional skills needed to succeed, prepare for internships and make informed career decisions.

This virtual meeting is open to accounting educators and professionals interested in supporting the next generation of accounting talent.
