Established CPA Firm Seeking to Acquire a Return-Focused Practice within 40 miles of Wellesley

We are interested in practices that meet the following criteria:

• Primarily or exclusively tax preparation and tax planning
• No audit or attestation services
• Individual and small business tax clients welcome
• Tax focused practices that also provide bookkeeping services are welcome
• Smaller practice with experienced support staff preferred
• To help ensure a successful transition, we are seeking a seller who is willing to remain involved for at least one tax season following the acquisition. We are committed to a smooth transition that prioritizes continuity for clients, staff, and the seller.
