Qualified individuals should be licensed CPA’s with minimum of 10-15 years tax background experience (MST preferred) and be technology orientated.  Qualified applicant would also require experience in performance of attestation engagements.  Individuals would have immediate responsibilities in all aspects of the firm with goal to transition to ownership shortly thereafter.
